Q
Is the metal contact on the upper right side of MXIO Pro protected?
A
The MXIO Pro coupler comes with a side blocking plate at the factory, which can be removed and installed onto the last IO module during use.
Q
The line density of MXIO is very high, would it be inconvenient to replace it?
A
The MXIO front-end is connected to a front connector with 6 points per group. When replacing the wiring, the lower latch can be pulled down to remove the front connector, and then the circuit can be replaced. At the same time, MXIO has colored terminal blocks and labels, making it easy to find the lines that need to be replaced.
Q
How to configure the axis address?
A
Select the input axis number in the AxisNum input box, fill in the axis number, and then click on allocate axis address. Operate on the corresponding axis number when writing the control program.
Q
How to choose clock mode?
A
MasterMode: Master clock mode. Enable or disable the DC clock option according to the settings of the slave manufacturer. SlaveMode: Slave clock mode. In this mode, it is necessary to enable the DC option for all slave stations.
Q
Already configured the slave station, but still unable to communicate successfully?
A
a) Check if the required PDO quantity for each slave station is correct and if the 'use' option is selected. b) When confirming that the slave configuration is correct but still unable to communicate, check if the firmware version and description file version of the IO slave match. The installed ESI files are located in the file directory of \ bin \ Debug \ ESIsources \ resource \ mlInfo in the software installation path.
Q
How to check if EtherCAT communication is successful? (MX2000)
A
After the configuration download is completed, wait for the controller to restart and observe whether the BF indicator light on the panel is in the off state. The BF indicator light represents an EtherCat bus fault.
Q
Where is the module channel configuration set? (Initialize configuration analog, communication, DO status)
A
On the "initcmd" interface of each slave, you can add or modify the initialization PDO.
Q
Why does clicking on the scan prompt for the slave station indicate that the device is not responding
A
a) MX2000 controller default remote port: 2011, confirm if the remote IP is correct. b) MX4000 controller default remote port: 2012, confirm if the remote IP is correct.
